Eat, sleep, train, repeat.

There’s a very fine line between productive commitment and self-destructive adherence.

It’s the line where obsession becomes unhealthy, where dedication becomes destructive and beyond it, where less is absolutely more.

Your body will tell you exactly where that line is.
