When you open up the bag of marbles onto the table you can’t expect to catch them all at once.
Just catch one, and make sure you keep the one you catch”
-- Arturo Ruiz, November 2012.
So when it’s raining marbles down on you and your bar – feet, hands, grip, chest, shoulders, knees, butt, heels, tight, wrists, tension, jump, explode, brush, hips, drop, elbows, fast elbows, faster elbows… Just pick one. Focus on that one until you own it.
Pick one.
Catch one.
Keep one.
Put it away somewhere safe and free up your hands for next time to catch another.
