Nutrition, nutrition, nutrition

I have a new zero tolerance policy for the expectation of results without good nutrition.

There are no secrets. It's pretty simple. Just eat good, healthy food.

"If this donut says low fat on the packet, I can eat it right"? No, Einstein you can't eat the dam donut. A little common sense here please people.

Your body is a temple. True dat.
