Surprise, surprise...

Chances are, at some point in your CrossFit life, you've looked over at an older lady, a slightly overweight guy or a princess in pink and been quietly confident you won’t be the last to finish.

Chances are, you've been at the end of that very same workout and had your ass kicked by one or maybe all of those people.

If not that day, then for sure some day soon.

CrossFitters come in all shapes, sizes, ages, weights and eclectic colors of Lululemon.

Each and every one of them, someday, will surprise you.

That includes you buddy.

Maybe today is your day. The day somebody is judging you.

Surprise, surprise...

Make it a good one.

  1. haha I know when I go to our one class at my box that I am always going to be last and they can look at me and know it won't be them. And I'm ok with it. They have totally pushed me and I've improved -- still last, but it's the forward progression that I'm worried with :)

  2. I'm with M.Love - most of the time I know who's coming in last, and I know it's me. I don't care about that - unless it's a partner WOD and then I feel so bad for the person who gets handicapped by having me as their partner. But I know I'm so much stronger than when I started and that's progress!

    1. that's exactly the right attitude. Be in competition with yourself, not others around you. Staring at somebody elses bar will not make YOU any stronger! Pleased to hear you are making progress. Keep up the hard work!
