Review: Aloic

So I heard on the grapevine Aloe Vera is good for you. In fact I heard it’s good for your joints…and following a sub 7 minute ‘Karen’ this morning...what I wouldn't do for a bit of joint relief right now.

Apparently we’re drinking it now? There’s a ton of reviews raving about the health benefits of Aloe Vera, and after a quick Google, the gist is…it’s good for you.

So after a lengthy office debate about whether we should drink it or bathe in it, we put Aloic to the taste test.

First impressions – I don’t like to drink my calories and this bottle has 60 of them, and the sugar and sodium is pretty high. However it’s not horrendous and I can live with trading 60 calories for a little oil in my joints and glowing skin.

As it turns out, it tastes pretty good. Very refreshing, sweet enough to satisfy my 3pm sugar tooth and we loved the juicy bits too.

We’re not sure how much we need to drink to reap the benefits, but we’re willing to crack open another bottle for the cause.

Apparently it tastes good mixed with a little tequila.

Sold!
