Squeezing is the number one secret to success in CrossFit.

Whatever you're doing - lifting, pushing, pulling, jumping, exploding... squeeze your butt, squeeze your legs, squeeze your feet.

Get tight. 

Suck everything in.

If you do nothing else, do this.

Everything will be instantly more awesome.
