The 20 minute, 4 minute AMRAP

3, 2, 1...wait!
 
Are you kidding me? You need to pee right now? The WOD lasts 4 minutes. You can't hold it in for 4 minutes? Ok, we'll wait. Hurry up.
 
3, 2, 1...wait!
 
 
Really? You've had all morning to put on your WOD socks and now you realize you can't wall ball for 4 minutes without them? Ok, we'll wait. Hurry up.
 
3, 2, 1...wait!
 
Seriously? Yes, to clarify for the 7th time, the ball must touch the target on the wall. Yep, the big spot on the wall in front of you that looks like a target. Get it? Good. Let’s go.

We finished lifting 20 minutes ago and you're still wearing your Olys? Ok, run and get your nano’s, we'll wait. Chop chop.

Who's got the chalk? 4 minutes of wall balls!!! You don't need WOD socks, special shoes, or chalk!!!
