You’d be forgiven for thinking that my obsession with CrossFit fuels a snobbery for other non-CrossFitting activities.
Not true.
Actually, I’m a gigantic supporter of anyone, engaging in any form of physical activity.
Big up to the power walkers, the yogis, the zumba queens and even the guy on the couch with the shake weight - you’re doing something.
Whatever floats your boat.
P.s I still think you should try CrossFit. At least give it a go. Come on. Just sayin.
