So proud of my coach Arturo Ruiz. I've been training with Arturo for over 2 years. When we met, he was a trainer at my local gym.
The guy had bigger dreams though. Never happy with average, not satisfied with adequate. He had his sights on something way bigger, and he did it.
He got his CF level 1 cert and opened up his own affiliate. An empire in the making. CrossFit Franklin Square.
His passion for CrossFit is contagious. It's not possible for this to be anything but a huge great big whopping success.
This guy is an inspiration. Not only has he changed my life, he's gone and changed his own too.
